Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RAQIM (https://raqim.pro), whether through the web interface, REST APIs, or remote Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the platform.

RAQIM is provided by ABDUL AHAD as an individual software developer and publisher.

2. Account Access & Authentication

Access to RAQIM features requires an authenticated account through our designated identity provider (Auth0). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and access tokens.

  • You agree not to share account credentials or unauthorized access tokens.
  • You agree not to probe, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract encrypted system prompt assets, internal Zaviya source texts, or confidential security configurations.
  • You agree not to bypass or interfere with rate limits, quota counters, or authorization boundaries.

3. Usage Quotas & Commercial Terms

Platform capabilities and generation volumes are governed by your assigned account entitlement:

  • Current Quota Allocations: Accounts receive daily and period generation allowances based on their assigned tier. Quotas reset automatically at scheduled intervals and do not carry forward or accumulate.
  • Commercial Subscriptions (Conditional): The platform contains architectural support for paid subscriptions via merchant-of-record processing. Commercial checkout is currently disabled during this initial release preview; if and when paid subscriptions are commercially activated, supplementary pricing and renewal terms will be presented for express confirmation prior to any charge.

4. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

  • Your Content: You retain all right, title, and ownership in the project specifications, custom guidelines, and accepted generation outputs committed to your project history.
  • Platform Intelligence: ABDUL AHAD and licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to RAQIM, including the Zaviya Engine, diversity scoring models, prompt compilation systems, software code, and brand marks.
  • Connected AI Platforms: Content generated through connected third-party models is subject to the usage policies of the respective AI platform provider.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

RAQIM is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the publisher be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

6. Governing Law & Inquiries

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the publisher’s jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles. For any legal or operational questions, contact support@raqim.pro.
