1. Overview & Publisher Identity

This Privacy Policy explains how RAQIM (“the platform”, accessible at https://raqim.pro) collects, handles, and protects information across its web interface, REST APIs, and remote Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations.

Publisher Model: RAQIM is developed and published as an individual / personal software project by ABDUL AHAD. There is no corporate parent or legal entity.

2. Information We Collect and Process

We process the following categories of information to provide the service:

  • Identity and Authentication Data: When you connect via Auth0, we receive standard OpenID Connect profile claims including your email address, verification status, and an internal user identifier. We never handle, store, or receive raw user passwords.
  • Project Specifications & Instructions: Project titles, descriptions, target audience definitions, style parameters, and persistent instruction versions that you submit to configure your generators.
  • Generation Requests & Deliverables: Prompt inputs, ephemeral generation directives, candidate outputs committed by the connected AI model, assigned public Zaviya codes, and user perspective ratings (upvotes/downvotes).
  • Operational & Security Logs: Timestamps, authenticated account references, request identifiers, rate-limit counters, and error diagnostics required for service reliability, quota enforcement, and fraud prevention.

3. Connected AI Platforms & Ephemeral Directives

RAQIM functions in conjunction with connected AI platforms (such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT via MCP). To generate deliverables:

  • Ephemeral Model Directives: When a generation is prepared, RAQIM generates a contextual modelDirective combining your project specifications and an active Zaviya steering angle. This directive is transmitted through the MCP connection to the connected model to produce the candidate output.
  • Platform Data Processing: Directives, project context, and prompt inputs transmitted to the connected AI platform are processed by that platform in accordance with its applicable terms and privacy commitments. While transmitted over encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), information sent to the connected model is read by that model to synthesize text; we do not claim absolute secrecy for data provided directly to third-party language models.
  • Server-Side Private Assets: Proprietary system assets—including the core encrypted Main Prompt templates (encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM) and internal Zaviya library source representations—remain strictly server-side and are never exposed to the client, the connected AI platform, or third parties.

4. Infrastructure & Service Providers

We rely on selected infrastructure providers to operate RAQIM:

  • Authentication & Identity: Auth0 by Okta provides OAuth 2.0 / OIDC identity management with PKCE.
  • Cloud Hosting: Dedicated VPS infrastructure with encrypted persistent storage and strict transport security (TLS 1.2/1.3).
  • Billing (Conditional): The platform architecture supports merchant-of-record integration (Creem) for commercial subscriptions. Paid checkout and subscription billing are currently not enabled during the initial release preview; all active accounts operate under designated usage quotas.

5. Data Retention, Project Lifecycle & Deletion Rights

Your persistent project specifications, instruction versions, and generation history are maintained in your account to preserve continuity across conversations and sessions.

  • Archival: You may archive projects at any time using the archive_project tool, which marks the project as archived and prevents further modifications or generations.
  • Account Closure & Data Purge: You may request complete account termination and permanent erasure of your personal data, project specifications, and generation history at any time by emailing support@raqim.pro with your account email address. Requests are processed within 30 days.
